Our company Swiss Bread UK Ltd was founded in 2008. Since then, we have been supplying some of the most exclusive hotels & restaurants in London and the rest of the UK with our finest range of rustic bread, rolls and croissants as well Danish pastries. We pride ourselves in the fact that most of our products are hand-made using the best quality organic ingredients from Switzerland. Not only that, we also bake all our breads in a traditional wood-fired oven to give them their distinctive crust and delicious taste.

How to bake our breads?
All our breads are part-baked, which means that in only a few minutes, you can offer your guests deliciously freshly baked bread. It also means you only use the quantity you need! You simply need to bake the bread in a preheated oven (180°C) for 12 minutes to give it a nice crunch! Let it rest for another 25 minutes at room temperature and enjoy! Remember, always bake it from frozen for best results.
