Who are we?
We are Andre and Tanja, best friends since forever and we are both from Switzerland (Zurich and Bern respectively). We studied at Belvoirpark Hotelfachschule Zürich and spent our early career working for some of the world's most famous hotels and restaurants in various parts of the world. Andre is also a classically trained and experienced chef and loves creating new recipes, all made with lots of care and passion. We created our own company Swiss Bread in 2008 supplying some of the most exclusive hotels and restaurants in London with what we still believe is the best quality bread you can find in the UK.
We have recently been voted "Best Artisanal Bakery" 2021 by the Food & Drinks LuxLife Magazine Awards!

All our raw ingredients and produce are hand-picked for their quality and freshness. We also believe that good customer service is paramount and we put a lot of pride and passion in everything we do and for every customer we serve. In March 2020, we opened our first ever bakery and cafe in Ham near Richmond, London, bringing you a real corner of Switzerland right here in London. We are there every single day alonsgide our dedicated and fantastic team!
